Two to watch BBA shutdown in SA

Two DStv subscribers stand a chance to watch the finals of Big Brother Stargame in South Africa next month, MultiChoice sales and marketing manager Chimwemwe Nyirenda disclosed.

Nyirenda unleashed the good news during the live beaming of the eviction of South Africa’s housemate Lee and Namibia’s Jessica at Steers Gardens in Blantyre on Sunday. The night of bittersweet also saw Lee’s teammate Keagan and Jessica’s playmate Junia upgrading to the star-studded Upville side of the reality show.

And the official said the lucky two viewers will enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip to Johannesburg courtesy of MultiChoice.

“Multichoice customers must send as many phone messages of goodwill for Malawi’s representatives Nafe and Wati Kulemeka to code 15626. The more messages you send, the more you stand a  chance of winning” said Nyirenda.

He explained that the SMS promotion aims to publicise more; “our representatives and the winners will be given VIP treatment, including meeting the show’s presenter IK Osakioduwa and housemates at the party before the finale.

“Biggie himself and other brains behind the reality show will access the VIP lounge during the final,” said Nyirenda.

Nafe and Wati are still in contention, spending 44 days unscathed by the random selection machine which nominates players for eviction.

This week, the nominations shift from their Downville apartment to the Upville where at least one contestant will part ways with the USD 300 000 boon next Sunday.

Zimbabwe’s Maneta, Ghana’s Barbz and Kenya’s Prezzo massed the highest nominations on Monday. When called to the diary room by Biggie, leader of the house Goldie saved her sweetheart Prezzo and re-nominated Lady May.
