All set for Nomads, Be Forward launch

The blue side of town will be in high spirits today as Mighty Wanderers and Be Forward are set to officially launch their one-year K70 million sponsorship deal.

According to the Nomads GS Mike Butao, the ceremony will start with a meeting between the Nomads’ officials and Be Forward management at Wanderers Club.

From Wanderers Club, the fun will move to Kamuzu Stadium where the Nomads will host Silver Strikers in a friendly match.

“Among other dignitaries, we have invited the Minister of Youth and Sports [Grace Chiumia] and the mayor of Blantyre City [Noel Chalamanda] and at half time, we will conduct the final draw of the ‘Noma Yathu’ SMS promotion where we will give away the grand prize of a Nissan Vanette minibus,” said Butao.

He said soon after the match, guests will head back to Wanderers Club to launch Be Forward’s customer centre. n
