We ended the year on a high note as ‘Every Woman – Look Good’ covered every area of your beauty needs.  We are grateful for your support over the past year as a growing number of you read our beauty articles and shared your views through email, sms and phone calls.

You gave us encouraging comments and asked for advice which has helped build your self-esteem, thereby motivating us to work harder to ensure that beauty tips should help Every Woman grow in value and give you the confidence that can get you ready for a powerful and beautiful 2011.

We will take you back to the basics!  Before you can add any beauty products to your skin, love your skin with the 1-2-3 formula for beautiful results.  With an easy regimen of cleanse, tone and moisturise – CTM, healthy skin has never been easier!

Loreal, Clear Essence, Forever Living Aloe Vera are some of the cleansing lotions that will thoroughly clear away dirt, oil and make-up, while maintaining your skin’s natural moisture.  Your skin will feel clean and never dry or tight.  Use twice daily for radiant skin.

Toner helps get your skin in a perfect shape. It conditions your skin, lifts away dry skin flakes, and removes excess dirt, oil and left over make-up by cleanser, so that your skin will better absorb moisture.  It also minimises the look of pores to improve your skin’s texture. Forever Living Aloe Vera will gently soothe your skin and Loreal has salicylic acid to exfoliate your skin and help improve cell turnover and keep your skin clear. Tone your skin twice a day.

Clear Essence beautifying milk, Palmers Vita-E, Loreal milk moisturiser or Forever Living Aloe Vera moisturiser have optimal hydration to revitalise and improve your skin’s texture by hydrating the dry areas. This will leave your skin radiant and full of life. Use twice daily for skin that glows with health and beauty and see what a difference it makes!

Once you make the three step part of your life, you can then add extra products to cater for your skin’s other specific needs or to help combat and control skin problems. However, remember that skin care is a lifetime commitment and dedication.

The importance of self-esteem in health especially when something goes wrong with your skin, is there for the world to see, therefore practicing good skin care habits is very important.

Did you know that laughter makes you feel great? It makes your skin glow by stimulating the circulation and encouraging oxygen intake.  Did you know that sleep is the best kept energy restoring secret around?  Exercise outside!  This helps oxygenate your cells with fresh air and facilitate the removal of waste products through your skin.  Look out for all these and more in your Every Woman – Look Good articles in the year 2011. Wishing you all a prosperous New Year!
