‘Church vital in eliminating ills’

World Vision Malawi (WVM) says the Church has a great responsibility in ensuring that children in the communities are living life to its fullness.

WVM national director Marko Ngwenya said this in Blantyre on Friday during a Church partnership meeting.

Ngwenya said there is need for the Church to do more to get rid of challenges children are facing.

“Working together has a greater impact to the plight of the children in our community; hence, the need to come together as a Church,” he said.

Southern Region Evangelical Association of Malawi chairperson the Reverend Mathius Hauya said they want to ensure that children are involved in the association’s development programmes and that they are assisted.
