Kachali Following the by-elections in Mzimba on Tuesday this week, People’s Party (PP) candidate Raymond Nkhata and an independent aspirant Joseph Kachali shared parliamentary seats, with the former winning the Mzimba South West Constituency and the latter picking the Mzimba Central seat, which was the late Professor Donton Mkandawire’s homeground.
