ACB senior public relations officer Egrita Ndala said the policy and charter have been developed through a consultative process with members of staff.

“The bureau has also redesigned its website which will ensure that our clientele gets up to date information on corruption.

The launch will be held as one way of publicising these important documents,” said Ndala.

The Client Service Charter is aligned to the Public Service Charter launched by the Malawi Government during the Africa Public Service Day commemoration on June 23 2013.

Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Ralph Kasambara will preside over the launch.
