Listen to this article

The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (Adra) says improving knowledge depth enables people to contribute positively to the socio-economic development of a country.

Adra country director and programmes manager Michael Usi said this at Sunbird Nkopola in Mangochi last week during a workshop in knowledge management for managers and representatives from six African countries whose programmes are funded by the Danish government.

The countries are South Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Zimbabwe and the hosts Malawi.

Said Usi: “We are expected to have additional knowledge, which will help us share experiences on how we manage our development programmes with government and non-governmental organisations.
