Chinemba, 35, is answering murder charges following an allegation that on August 4 2014 he shot to death 20-year-old Dave Kadzuwa who used to live in Chilomoni Township,  but originally came from Chamtulo Village, Traditional Authority (T/A) Nankumba in Mangochi.

Following the incident, Chinamba handed himself over to police. He is currently on bail.
