The Nomads will also parade the Nissan Caravan bus they won in the Luso TV Bus Ipite Bonanza after beating their age-old rivals Nyasa Big bullets 5-1 on aggregate.

“The parade will start from the club house at 8am and then we will proceed for the awards gala function which will start at 3pm, but the doors will open at 11am. Those that took part in the voting will pay an entry fee of K1 500 upon production of a counterfoil while those that did not will pay K2 000.

“The awards will include player of the season, most improved player, best goalkeeper, defender, midfielder and striker and they will be rewarded. But in the forthcoming season, the player of the season will get a car as a prize in line with our sponsors [Be Forward Limited] who sell Japanese reconditioned vehicles,” said Mbedza.
