Amarula hitmaker to perform in Malawi
Zambian musician Roberto will be coming to Malawi to perform at Wakakwa Hotel in Lilongwe next week.
Roberto is an R&B artiste, producer and radio presenter at Zambian radio QFM, popularly known for his Amarula song that has taken the industry by storm, receiving massive airplay in local night clubs, radio and TV stations across the country.
According to the line-up released by Wakawaka Hotel general manager Gabriel Nizeyimana, the Zambian singer will bring his dancers with him and supporting artist of the day are Lucious Banda and Skeffa Chimoto.
“This show is a pre-Sand Music Festival event. We have concluded all logistics issues with the artists and it is confirmed he is coming. To make everything possible we have been supported by Malawians Airlines and also Asaba Car Hire who will be responsible for internal travel for the artist,” said Nizeyimana.
He assured fans that they have modern stage equipment that will add quality and colour to the show.
“Robeto is a serious musician who likes to have his dancers with him. We have arranged quality sound which we just bought recently. Music fans should be a assured of a great show with good sound output,” he said.
