Malawi’s Afro-R&B singer Armstrong is in Zambia to record three audios and a video with Zambia’s Dalisoul.

The video, which will be made from one of the audio songs, is expected to be on Channel O and Africa Unite TV.

Armstrong left on Monday for Zambia where he is expected to stay for a week. He said the recording is scheduled to start around 2pm on Tuesday.

He wrote on his Facebook page: “Am off to Zambia, where I have been invited to record with some of that country’s top musicians. Will keep you posted!”

During his recent trip to South Africa, where he performed alongside his Nde’feyo Music stable mates Piksy and Biriwiri as well as Annie Matumbi, Armstrong met with Dalisoul.

In an interview, Dalisoul said he chose to do some songs with the Malawian singer as he is a talented gem, has the voice and it’s a chance for them to mix ideas.

Dalisoul said out of their three collaborations, one will feature General Kanene, the other Mampi and the last one will feature his good ole’ pal JK (Jordan Katembula) and B-one.

“Armstrong is not the first Malawian musician I have collaborated with, I have [worked] with Skeffa Chimoto recently,” said Dalisoul.

He said the audio recordings will take place at Trixster Studio, Blazer Studio and Digital X Studio and Zambia’s Ground Zero will shoot the video which is expected to be out in a month’s time.
