TNM Plc, sponsors of the TNM Super League, on Tuesday presented a brand-new motorbike to a Lilongwe-based Nyasa Big Bullets fan, Chimwemwe Lingison, who won it through the ongoing Zampira Promotion.
Lingison said he was excited towin the motorbike, which will assist him as a mode of transport to run hisbusiness.
“I sell local chickens within Lilongwe and this motorbike will ease my transportation challenges as I normally use public transport,” said the Area 25 resident.
“During weekends, I make it a point to watch Super League matches and I will also be using the motorbike as a mode of travel.”
TNM regional distribution manager for the Centre, Chimwemwe Mganga, said throughout the promotion, TNM has lived up to its promise to engage soccer fans and, in return, reward them with exciting prizes.
“This is the seventh motorbike that we are giving out to soccer fans who we consider as the 12th player in the game of football. We are satisfied with the distribution of these prizes as they are spread across the country and to supporters of different teams,” he said.
Mganga said they are remaining with one motorbike and a grand prize of K1.5 million to give out.
“As we count down to the ultimate prize, we would like to encourage football fans to continue participating in the promotion,” he said..
To date, TNM has given out K25 700 000 in prizes, including K8 million for the trip to 2018 Russia World Cup.
The promotion was launched in April this year to engage soccer fans directly through predictions of Super League results.
