Two weeks after suspended Nyasa Big Bullets general secretary Kelvin Moyo snubbed a disciplinary hearing, the ‘People’s Team’ disciplinary committee is yet to decide on the next step.

Bullets levelled three charges against Moyo of insubordination, putting the club into disrepute and divulging the club’s pertinent issues to the media.

Moyo: The ball is in their court

However, Bullets disciplinary committee chairperson Willy Phalula yesterday said they are yet to set a date for the final decision on the matter.

“We have not yet discussed the matter because there were certain areas in the case which had to be scrutinised by the executive committee first. When everything is ready, we will let the public know,” Phalula said.

On his part, Moyo said he is keeping his fingers crossed to know what Bullets will decide.

“At present, I cannot make any comment because the onus is on Bullets to make a determination. But it is my hope that they will follow procedures. There is nothing much,” he said.

Moyo was suspended on November 25 for, among other things, implicating a trustee in match fixing allegations, whose correspondence was copied to some journalists. n
