Endemol, the show’s producers are at Crossroads Hotel up until late today (Wednesday) searching for talent that will represent Malawi at the continental TV series that starts on screening on May 26.

“The huge turnout spells a good start on our part. The mixture of gender is good, well as it’s almost 50-50. Just to remind people that we are having open auditions meaning, even those who did not register can still come for auditions.

“The team is working throughout lunch to accommodate many people. Special arrangements can also be made for auditions outside the normal hours,” said MultiChoice Malawi sales and marketing manager, Chimwemwe Nyirenda.

Among the notable personalities spotted at Crossroads Hotel on Monday included well known radio presenters, two musicians as well as other professionals. This according MultiChoice Malawi make a very interesting group.

The auditions are in two phases; one which is the introductory part and two, where people are filmed for future use.

The Nation was not allowed to take pictures of the auditions in Malawi and sourced the picture from The Namibian.
