Beach soccer clinic on next week

A Fifa technical team will be arriving in the country to conduct beach soccer trainings across the country, Beach Soccer Malawi (BSM) announced on Monday.

BSM general secretary David Saddo said the purpose of the training is to equip 30 beach soccer coaches with new knowledge of the sport.

“Fifa recognises the various initiatives being undertaken by BSM and has seen it worthwhile to help in the growth of the game through providing technical assistance,” said Saddo.

“The Fifa team will work directly with FAM technical director John Kaputa,” Saddo said about the clinic which will run from November 17 to 21 at Sunbird Livingstonia in Salima.
