People will be glued to their television sets from 8pm this Sunday as Africa’s widely watched reality show, Big Brother, returns this time as Big Brother StarGame.

Just weeks after the new Big Brother season was announced this year, fans already recorded another series milestone, with the official Big Brother Facebook page registering 700 000 likes whereas its Twitter base grew to almost 100 000 followers.

According to a press statement made available to The Nation, with the attention grabbing winner-takes-all grand prize of $300 000 at stake plus  contestants entering the series with partners, the show is set to provide more entertainment, romance, action, suspense and drama.

Set to perform three of his hit-making songs, sensational American music star J.Cole will take to the stage at the Big Brother StarGame launch.

Nigerian presenter IK Osakioduwa is making his fourth appearance at the show since taking on the role in 2009.

The show is sponsored by Coca-Cola and produced for M-Net’s Africa Magic by Endemol South Africa.
