Kapenga: We will break evil bondages

Bishop Charles Kapenga of Ntcheu Living Waters Church (LWC) is this Friday scheduled to minister to the sick, the poor and the spiritually chained at Robin’s Park in Blantyre.
Kapenga said on Wednesday he is conducting the crusades in his individual capacity under the banner of ‘Bishop Kapenga Crusade’ to avoid confusing participants to his spiritual rallies.
“I know some people may be asking why a Ntcheu-based pastor should be coming to minister in Blantyre where LWC has pastors. I am ministering to the souls in my individual capacity as Bishop Kapenga,” he said.
The crusade, to be held under the theme Taking away the shame, is expected to start at 7pm and end at dawn.
Kapenga said the theme signifies the need to deliver oneself from social and spiritual bondages.
“On this night, we will break the bondages of sicknesses, poverty and breakdown of marriages, among others. I just urge everyone to come and experience the power and glory of God working in their lives,” he said.
The crusade will feature Allan Chirwa and his brother, Kondwani, Mau K and Jimmy as lead gospel artists, according to the bishop.
