Boxing boss donates maize flour to the elderly

Malawi Professional Boxing Control Board (MPBCB) president Lonzoe Zimba on Tuesday took some time off his schedule and donated maize flour worth over K450 000 to 50 elderly people at Mduwa Village, Traditional Authority (T/A)Mduwa in Mchinji District. Zimba, who is also based in Mchinji, said the gift which comprised 50 bags weighing 70 kilogrammes each, was aimed at celebrating his birthday which falls on December 19 as well as the festive season.
