Sande applauded Brazil for the assistance, saying it will help the beneficiaries to have balanced diets.

“In view of the ongoing hunger problem, this donation is timely. Government is grateful to the government of Brazil for this generous and timely assistance,” said Sande.

Brazil ambassador to Malawi Gustavo Martins Noguieira said his government is concerned about Malawi’s situation and is ready to help.
