Bloemfontein Celtic unveiled their nine new signings, including Flames defender Limbikani Mzava on Friday, confirming his future with the South Africa Premier League side.

SuperSport online reported at the weekend that Mzava was unveiled at a ceremony in Bloemfontein that also saw Celtic introducing their new kit for the 2012/2013 season.

Other new signings include Dominic Isaacs, Joel Mogorosi, Dino Visser, Kurt Lentjies, Siyabonga Nontshinga, Brent Lawler, John Arwuah and Auguston Leonard who Celtic chief executive officer Khumbulani Konco welcomed.

“We would like to warmly welcome all the new players to the Bloemfontein Celtic family. They are quality players and they will add to the quality that we already have in the team. We hope that they will bring back glory days to the team by winning trophies,” Konco told the club’s website.

Mzava signed from Escom United mid last year, but he was not registered with the PSL as his passport age indicated that he was then a minor. The Free State team had to wait for him to attain the age of 18.

In an interview with last week, Celtic Malawian team manager John Maduka claimed the quota for foreign players was then full at Celtic.
