Chegutu Executive Lodge opens at Biwi
BGD Motors, one of the country’s vehicle maintenance companies in Lilongwe, has added a new portfolio to its business.
The new business is Chegutu Executive Lodge which has been built in Biwi Township in Lilongwe behind Peacock Supermarket.
The lodge, which opened early this month, is offering executive accommodation at very competitive rates.
Chegutu Executive Lodge managing director Cassim Ali said the new lodge will help solve problems most travelers used to face in Lilongwe.
“Our rates are very competitive because we are charging as low as K3,500 per night. We have done this taking into account the current economic outlook prevailing in the country,” said Alli.
Ali said the money used to construct the new lodge has come from the BGD motors and he plans to continue to grow the business by building a restaurant next to the lodge.
“This place is very convenient because it is near a filling station, shops as well as the main road. Even those who love to have good time enjoying with friends will find the lodge convenient because it is near clubs and has got ample parking space,” he said.
