Bishop Joseph Ansah will on October 5 2014 inaugurate a300-seater Mzuzu Christ-Citadel International Church (CIC) building.
In an interview on Monday, CIC Mzuzu resident pastor Gray Kapanga said the building is estimated to cost about K15 million when all final touches are done.

He said remaining works include painting, tiling the church hall, skirting, pointing and construction of the drainage system.
“Despite other works still remaining, we want to take advantage of the presence of the bishop in Malawi to have the church inaugurated,” he said.
Ansah, the leader of CIC worldwide, lives at Nottingham in the United Kingdom, where CIC has its international office.
The inauguration programme will start on October 4 with prayers and ministration.

“The bishop will teach, preach and pray for people who are looking for God’s intervention in different situations. We, therefore, invite people from all faith groups to come and receive their breakthroughs,” he said.
The programme will climax on Sunday, October 5, with the inauguration of the new church building.

Kapanga said CIC is indebted to its leadership, members and other well-wishers who contributed money for the church project.
CIC also has presence in Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, Togo, Ghana, Uganda and the United States of America (USA).
