Congratulations Rosemary!

The Every Woman team would like to congratulate former Chief State Advocate Rosemary Kanyuka on being appointed Malawi’s first female Director of Public Persecutions (DPP). Kanyuka graced our very first Every Woman cover in May 2009 as our baby issue made its way onto the streets.

She welcomed us into her home and warmly shared her story; her motivation and her ambitions. We are, therefore, very proud of her and wish her well as she embarks on this long, winding and fulfilling journey. Her success is our success and, of course, the success of all the women in Malawi, as it serves to motivate us.
