Malawi’s pop musician Dan Lu has come out of the soundproofed music factories to announce the launch of his fourth album in the capital Lilongwe in December.

In an interview on Tuesday, the dreadlocked artist said the release of So What? is at Mungo Park on the night of December 21.

This will be a timely Christmas gift to his fans—and the Part of Life hitmaker has roped in his mentor Soldier Lucius Banda and contemporary Piksy to light up the dawn of his next chapter.

“My fans in Lilongwe and surrounding areas have been craving for this opportunity ever since I came into the limelight. This is their turn. Blantyre will host the launch of So What? videos in March next year,” said the artist.

Apart from the cover track telling gossips to mind their business, the 10-track album contains Phunziro, Ndimtima and Sweeter than Sugar which are already trending on local airwaves if the replays are anything to go by.

According to Dan Lu, Zambian rapper Flex, who features in the Sweeter than Sugar, will be part of the launch.
