Musicians Desert Eagle and Phyzix have collaborated on a song titled Biko.

According to Desert Eagle, the title of the song is in Igbo language which is his mother tongue. His mother is an Igbo from Nigeria.

Desert Eagle: This is basically a love song

“This is basically a love song about how some women will go about looking for love when what they are looking for is right under their noses,” he said.

Desert Eagle said many look around for the perfect love partner while neglecting the perfect partner that they already have.

He also said many people make the mistake of thinking that they will find the perfect partner out there when they already have everything they need right in their relationship or marriage.

Desert eagle said he decided to get Phyzix on board because he admires his craft.

“I thought it would be the perfect collaboration, and it is the first time we have ever collaborated on a personal project,” he said.

On his part, Phyzix said he enjoyed working on the song with Desert Eagle.

“It was great working with Eagle. This was our first official collaboration, but we were once featured on the same song before,” he said.

Phyzix raps in part: “You did me gangstar girl ngati wa trap. Umandiseweretsa ngati siine king of rap, n’nakutaya, ndikuvaya n’nangonena kuti sharp. Uzipanga zomwe ukufunazo koma osandiwononga ndi zakozo…kukhala kwanji kokhalira phokoso, mpaka pano ndayamba kumwa matokoso… chikondi chimatha kutha koma sizitheka ubale kutha chikondi chimatha kusintha …koma osasiya kukhala munthu wa luntha….”

Biko will be part of Desert Eagle’s forthcoming album titled Royalty scheduled for release before the end of the year.
