The BBA House will be entertained by Malawi’s Disc Jockey Masugzo Msiska when he performs for the housemates and millions of viewers across Africa this weekend.
Popularly known as DJ Malick, the FM 101 star will be on the turn tables in the Star Game house during the Saturday one-hour party as well as on Sunday.
“I can confirm that DJ Malick will perform this weekend. After dishing out music for the housemates from 22 to 23 hours on Saturday, he will also showcase what he knows best during the Sunday live evection show,†said Chimwemwe Nyirenda, Multichoice Malawi sales and marketing manager for the South.
DJ Malick has since described his maiden appearance on the Big Brother stage as “make or break: one can do well and make a big name or embarrass yourself.â€
Known for his music versatility, DJ Malick says he is preparing thoroughly for the show and that his trip to the Big Brother stage is to impress Africa.
“Currently, I am consulting my fellow DJs who performed during the past shows just to have a picture of what happens because the aim of my trip is excite Africa since people here already know what I do,†he boasted.
Before departing for Johannesburg on Saturday afternoon, DJ Malick will dish out music at a pre-party event at the Blue Elephant on Friday.
Multichoice also announced that Malawi’s artist to perform at the eviction shows will be known on Sunday during the live eviction showâ€.
