Aemo E’Face has paired up with versatile Clint Brink for a show at Monte Casino’s Vaccamatta in Johannesburg next Thursday.

Organisers, Deref Music, have branded the performance ‘One Night Stand’ because it is the first time ever the South Africa-based Malawian, born Amos Mazinyane, is sharing a stage with that country’s Brink.

Announcing the show, E’Face said: “This is like two great worlds that have been apart eventually come together.”

Brink is an actor-cum-singer renowned for the hit Slick Voice and roles in such soapies as Backstage, Generations and Scandal. He plays Tino Martins the Media Guru in Scandal.

Other popular tracks include All I Have to Give and I Got a Girlfriend.

On the other hand, Malawian E’Face does not come up short either. Having tasted the spotlight on Channel O and MTV with the track Midnight Train to Jozi, he will seize the Monte Casino experience to introduce his newest singles, Over My Head, Lerato Laka and Zulu Babe.

“I aim to put up an interesting set for my fans. It will be a night of fun,” he said.

Also to feature on the show, expected to be covered by Soweto TV, is Verd and top DJs who will also serenade the fans between the sets.

E’face is booked to appear on the south western town’s popular TV on Tuesday at 2:30pm.
