Obed Chatsonga-Banda has replaced Roy Mdechi who was fired last year as general secretary of the club.

Mark Tsinde has also been retained as the club’s treasurer and will be assisted by Paul Kampira.

Executive members are Missi Bwanali, Marshall Banda, Khembo Mumba and Stain Chakanika.

In an interview, the new general secretary Chatsonda Banda said he is glad to be part of Epac FC.

”I am glad and feel honoured to serve in this position.

“This is a great club and with proper organisation and team work it is possible to win trophies,” said Chatsonda-Banda.

Epac has already shown their intent by roping in experienced coach Leo Mpulula to head the technical committee.

On Saturday, Mpulula led his side to a 4-1 victory over Chipiku Premier League side Chankhungu FC.

“We are very serious about winning trophies the coming season. We hope this new executive and the coming in of Mr. Mpulula will bring about success,” said Tsinde.

The team escaped relegation by a whisker, which led to the firing of coach Audlow Makonyola and the arrival of Mpulula.
