Facebook group donates items to QECH

Members of the Blantyre chapter of a Facebook group, Mums and Dads, recently donated various items to Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital (QECH) Umoyo Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre and Gogo Chatinkha Maternity Wing.

The group’s donation included baby clothes and baby blankets, soap, sugar, biscuits, snacks and squash. The maternity wing’s sister-in-charge, Lucy Mdeza, thanked the group, saying the items would help mothers to care for their children.
