Charters key to quality service delivery

Salima District director of planning and development Blessings Nkhoma has asked the media to sensitise the public to the need to have service charters to enhance improved service delivery. He made the call last week when a Balaka-based publishing house, Montfort Media Limited, briefed Salima district executive committee (DEC) on a new media awareness campaign on accountability of service providers towards service users.
