Sweet potatoes or green bananas (if you ask at the market thereÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s a special type of banana that can be cooked)
1 Ã‚Â½ cups groundnut (peanut) flour
3 cups water
salt to taste
Ã¢â‚¬â€Prepare potatoes or bananas by cutting into large, bite sized pieces and boiling until just tender.
Ã¢â‚¬â€Add groundnut flour and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes.
Ã¢â‚¬â€Serve with rice or nsima or eat just like that.
