Gears for careers is spot on!
Hello Vera,
I am one of the passionate readers of your beautiful Gears for Careers column. I feel it really has worked wonders for me and my workmates. I think 2011 is not the year to be too focused on yourself as an individual; now is the time to embrace collectivism and recognise that as human beings, we all need others to push us forward. People need to accept that individualism is waning, be contribution-driven and learn to look at the bigger picture.
Whatever our goals are, they cannot be achieved in isolation. Looking forward to more in 2011!
