The ministry’s deputy director of animal health and livelihood development, Patrick Chikungwa, expressed the sentiments at the launch of Year 2 Rabies Vaccination and Treatment in Blantyre which started on May 1.

During the month of May, Mission Rabies will be vaccinating one dog in every three minutes.
