Minibuses in Mzuzu are using the car park outside the main market for loading and offloading passengers. This is because mid last year, Mzuzu City Council (MCC) banned them from operating inside the city’s bus station. However, on Thursday morning, a vendor was caught on camera drying usipa on the very space the minibuses park at the mercy of dust and mud from vehicles.
