Invigorating piece!

Until now, I have normally skipped your editor’s note due to lack of time. However, I happen to have the opportunity just now as I am on a long distance trip.

Your piece of October 24th is as invigorating as that maiden rainfall you have been blessed with in Blantyre. It gives us respite from the politicking that you pen people routinely feed us through your columns. I am now rummaging through my baggage for another issue of Nation on Sunday to verify consistency.

Thank you very much for your text message. I hope this means you’ll religiously read each one of my editor’s notes and of course the Nation on Sunday from cover to cover! Unfortunately though, Blantyre is now as hot as ever; it only rained for two days and now we’re back to square one!
