This is the second launch of the album after the Blantyre one, where residents filled to capacity the Robin’s Park venue last weekend.

Messages in the album are all about the Lord’s coming.

Fans were ecstatic as the Joyful Souls members entered the hall, forcing music fans to sing along, clap hands in support of the classic singing and stylish dancing.

Songs from supporting gospel artists, especially Adams Family, were greeted with cheering. The group was just at its best.

Philadelphia, a group from Mozambique, played several songs including Noel, which many patrons loved and sang along.

But nothing was more captivating than the Joyful Souls.

Mac Zakulanda, a member of Joyful Souls said after the show that their fans should expect more shows as they are geared at travelling to Lilongwe for a similar mission.

“We know people asked about our silence, but from this launch, they will not question us again. In fact, the music in this album needed a lot of preparation because it is all acappela,” said Zakulanda.
