Former Malawian international defender Clement Kafwafwa has signed for his third club in Denmark.

Internet report shows that the 33-year-old former MDC United player moved from First Division side Lolland Falster Alliance (LFA) to Boldklub Bornholm of the second division east.

The new team is handled by co-coaches Flemming Holmgaard & Lasse Holmgaard.

Kafwafwa first signed for Holbaek FC in 2003 before switching to LFA in 2006 .

There are three Malawians playing competitive football in Europe, including Dan Chitsulo who recently signed for a fourth tier German Bundesliga side SV Bergisch Gladbach 09.

The ex-Flames striker has since leaving Civo United at the turn of the century changed six clubs, having first signed for Cologne FC.

The other Malawian is Flames midfielder Tawonga Chimodzi who is on a year-long deal with Greece side AO Iraklis Psachnon.

Chimodzi was on target in the 34th minute as his side beat Panegialios 2-1 in a Greece Cup preliminary round match over the weekend, according to ww.kicker.de.

“I am good. We started playing but cup only. The league starts at the end of the month. We won our first game I thank God and we are playing our next game against a super league team on Wednesday,” Chimodzi said in an e-mail response.
