People in old Malawi’s capital, Zomba, are in for a night with a difference when Sunbird KuChawe hosts Afro-Asian dinner and dance on Friday.

According to Sunbird’s food and beverages manager Jimmy Khonyongwa, this is a night when the hotel’s experienced chefs will fete fun-lovers with African and Asian cuisine while deejays dish out music on the decks.

“This is not the first time for us to hold this function.  We are inviting everyone regardless of race, tribe and religion. Zomba-based Hotchiz Disco will be performing on the night and people will win prizes in the dancing competition,” said Khonyongwa.
