Bullets were awarded three points and a 2-0 margin by the SRFA disciplinary committee on their game against Evirom FC which ended 1-1.

According to the league’s vice-general secretary Kingsley Simbeye, Evirom FC featured unregistered players Brown Mizeyi and Gerald Chimbaka.

Simbeye added that the game, which was supposed to be played last Sunday in Zomba between Cobbe Barracks and Evirom, has been awarded to the soldiers with a 2-0 margin.

“The game could not take place because Evirom is suspended, so Cobbe Barracks won 2-0 and are awarded three points,” said Simbeye.

In a related development, the league’s disciplinary committee is expected to meet on another game involving Max Bullets and MDF Marine which ended prematurely three weeks ago.

The game was played at Sedi ground and it was abandoned while the score was 1-1 over a dispute on a freekick awarded to Max Bullets. n
