Lady Dynamites tie with Clippers at top

Lady Dynamites have tied with leaders Capital Clippers on top of the Central Zone Basketball Women League.

Dynamites trounced sixth-placed Lady Bucks 47-17 on Wednesday evening at ABC Gymnasium Court to share the top seat with Clippers on six points.

The Dynamites dominated the proceedings in all quarters. They are disadvantaged on second position with a difference of 10 baskets.

Both teams share unbeaten run from three games.

Clippers have netted 183 baskets against 94 while Dynamites have scored 167 baskets and conceded 84.

According to log table, Blue Eagles Ladies, who also have six points are on third position from four games.

Lady Bayonets and ABC Ladies are on positions five and six respectively with a three point tie.

In men’s league, defending champions Mimbulu beat Trojans 80-61 the same evening to ascend to fourth from seven games.

Blazers are topping the table with 11 points from six games. Disciples are on second position, also with 11 points from seven.

ABC Lions are on third position with 10 points from five games.
