LL league using old netball guidelines

The Lilongwe and Districts Netball League (LDNL) is running its affairs using old netball rules despite the International Federation of Netball Association’s (Ifna) directive for a switch to the revised regulations from January 1 2012.

Ifna revised the rules that, among others, affect substitutions and coaching from the bench, and instructed all its member-associations to comply.

But LDNL chairperson Fanuel Katengeza on Tuesday insisted that they could not amend the rules without NAM’s directive.
