Spikers, who are unbeaten, have now 33 points from 11 games.

Spikers made the mission known from the start winning the first set 25-14 with Chipiliro Kantikana and Steve Nonda on offensive.

In the second set, Eagles made substitutions by resting Lumbani Mkandawire for Chilango Mkwate.

They started taking the game to Skippers, and at one point inside the second set they were tied at 20-20.

Sensing danger, Spikers brought in Luke Kamvazina to partner Bester Kauwa.

The move paid dividends as they won the set 25-23.

They sealed the victory by winning the third set 25-17.

Eagles captain Lumbani Mkandawire said they lost due to lack of poor training as most players were busy.
