“During this workshop, delegates will discuss various issues, including evidence informed policymaking, change management strategies, improved quality of Cabinet proposals, measuring results and building capacity among others,” he said.

ACGN executive director Mark Johnstone said they chose Malawi to host the meeting to enable other countries to learn how the country is implementing the Public Sector Reforms Programme   (PRSP) and how it formulates policies at Cabinet level.

Delegates to the workshop are from Botswana, Ghana, Lesotho, Liberia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia [Somaliland], South Sudan Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zanzibar and hosts Malawi.

The workshop will close on April 22.
