Not long ago Tadala Mandala modelled for visual artist Elson Kambalu’s health exhibition Where ART Clinical Research, now she has set up a dance-for-fitness club.
The Capital Radio personality has teamed up with contemporary dancer Joshua Bhima to form Instinctive Moves.
“We will focus on aerobics, dance lessons, contemporary dance and basic yoga for muscle toning,†said Mandala in an interview on Friday.
According to her, the establishment stems from her love for dance and general fitness.
“I believe anyone can shape their body as they please. It just requires the right training and commitment,†said Mandala. —Kondwani Kamiyala, Staff Writer
