Mpando: We have arranged wonderful prizes

One of the leading insurance brokers in the country, Marsh Malawi Limited, will tomorrow [Friday] treat golfers at Lilongwe Golf Club (LGC) in the Swing with Marsh ball pool.

The firm’s managing director Oscar Mpando said the tournament, which is slated to tee off from noon, has been organised as one way of appreciating the support that they get from their clients in the Capital City and up North.

“We want to thank our Lilongwe customers for the support they have given us this year and also to interact with them in a social set up both on the golf course and on the 19th hole.

“We need feedback from them on how we can improve our services and serve them better. We also want to interact with potential clients from the capital” said Mpando.

He also said Marsh has arranged wonderful prizes for winners, “and for those that won’t manage a podium finish, we have also come up with a way to console them.”

The competition will be played on individual stable ford format with men and ladies competing in separate categories.

Marsh Malawi is becoming a common name in the golfing circles as they have sponsored golf for three consecutive years now at both Lilongwe Golf Club and Blantyre Sports Club.

Marsh Malawi Limited, formally Alexander Forbes, is part of the giant Marsh and McLennan Companies.
