MIE awards ceremony tonight

Malawi Institution of Engineers (MIE) will tonight hold a dinner and dance at Crossroads Hotel in Lilongwe where outstanding engineers will receive awards. In an interview, Business Development for Infrastructure Consultants (Infracon) associate director Washington Chimuzu said the event will also allow members from different sectors to interact and share ideas. “This is one of the main events on MIE’s calendar. It allows for members and non-members alike to celebrate the profession’s achievements; hence the awards,” he said.
