“Get ready for round two rocking reggae vibes,” promised  Mojo  Morgan upon the band’s arrival at Kamuzu International Airport this afternoon ahead of a show at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe on Saturday.
Mojo needed to assure fans of a superb show, after the band’s karaoke performance last December.

In an interview, Roy ‘Gramps’ Morgan echoed his brother’s sentiments, calling all fans to come to patronise the show.

“It’s rockers, sweet reggae music, of course live now,” he said before bursting into giggles.

“It’s a full band now, of course without Una, [the sister] who is sick, but everybody else is here.  I mean it’s a full band,” he continued.

Gramps added: “We are going to perform songs from the Strictly Roots album and all those songs that people know.”

Apart from Gramps and Mojo, other members that arrived today are Roy, who is Gramps’ son, Justice-Mojo’s son, Jamiere,  Drey the keyboardist, Skelly and Teana a vocalist.

Their engineer Maxi and other band members; Dorian, Simo, Kino and Kenroy arrived on Tuesday.
The group will hold a press conference on Thursday afternoon.

Meanwhile, organisers say all is set for the show.
