Goals from Wacheta Mwenefumbo and Lwundiko Nhlane in 51st minute and 81st minute respectively, gave Mzuni victory.

The win over Moyale has seen Mzuni move from position 14 to 12. They now have 20 points from 22 games played. They have won five games, drawn five and lost 12.

Mzuni coach Alex Ngwira said they will utilise the remaining games to avoid relegation.

“I am happy with the Sunday win. The players followed instruction,” said Ngwira.

But Moyale coach Charles Kamanga blamed the loss on poor officiation. n
