Miss Malawi arrived in Ordos Mongolia and went straight into rehearsals for the show.
According to the Miss World website the contestants started rehearsing on Friday and were split into two groups one rehearsing in the morning the other in the afternoon.
As well as bringing singing and dancing skills to the Miss World group performances, contestants were given the chance to demonstrate their own unique talents in front of a panel of judges this week.
Part of the rehearsals include learning the catwalk and stops and pauses that they have to put in as the show is broadcast to millions all over the world.
Apart from that, contestants also learn the Miss World song which makes it an even more significant part of the Miss World festival.
The song has come to characterise the closing ceremony of the Miss World festival, and all the Miss World hopefuls who have taken part since 2008 have stood up to perform this song!
The 2012 contestants will be the next to continue the tradition. They have just been given their copies of the lyrics and Saturday saw them doing a first run-through.
