In an interview with The Nation, Classick could not hide his pleasure in flooring the two popular rappers.

“In 2015, I was lucky perform at Lake of Stars with my team, opening for stand-up comedian Dalitso Chaponda at the Bingu International Conference Centre in Lilongwe and working with Q Malewezi. I also managed to be the leading rapper in Malawi according to votes on the MTV poll.

But who is Classick?

“I was born Ackson Yankho Zulu on March 13 1993. I am a member of Homegrown Africa music family. I have been in the hip hop game for some time. But what officially put me on the scene was Sticky Stacks’s song/video Already Done It where I went in first and also did the hook. I have also worked with Viceroy, the Dominant One and Revolver. All these projects have helped to expand my fan base,” said Classick.
